From our very first conversation with Christine and JP, it was evident that this dynamic duo was destined for an extraordinary wedding day, and we were thrilled to be part of their journey! Their impeccable attention to detail, organizational skills, and exquisite taste shone brightly from the moment we met them.
The magic of their wedding day unfolded on a late October weekend, boasting unseasonably warm temperatures in the 80s. Mother Nature graced us with a breathtaking palette of autumnal colors, setting the stage for a truly picturesque celebration that exuded joy, laughter, and boundless happiness.
The day began at Hyatt Lodge, where Christine and her bridal squad were pampered to perfection in the Meis Suite, courtesy of the talented Nicci Loiacono for hair and Daniela Garcia for makeup. JP and his groomsmen were just one floor below, prepping and eagerly anticipating the day’s excitement.
Christine radiated elegance in her open-back bridal gown, while her bridesmaids wore elegant velvet dresses. JP and his groomsmen were dashing in classic black tuxedos. Every detail, from attire to decor, was meticulously selected to encapsulate the couple’s vision of an elegant and timeless celebration. For their ceremony, Christine and JP chose the magnificent St. Isaac Jogues. Following the ceremony, the couple and their wedding party were whisked off in an epic party bus provided by Way To Go. Meanwhile, we made our way to Hyatt Lodge, a venue surrounded by the beauty of nature, perfectly complementing the enchantment of the fall season.
Avant Gardenia, with their exquisite floral arrangements, breathed life into the event space. From the stunning centerpieces to the grand fireplace decor, the Prairie Ballroom was transformed into the couple’s dream come true. VIP Valet ensured a seamless arrival for each guest.
The celebration continued with cocktail hour, where guests savored delectable hors d’oeuvres and refreshing beverages provided by Hyatt Lodge. With the backdrop of vibrant fall foliage and the warm fall air, this was a moment that guests will cherish for years to come.
As guests transitioned indoors for the reception, one of the most heartwarming moments of the day unfolded—a special dance shared by Christine and JP with their parents, a truly touching memory that will forever hold a special place in their hearts. Dinner was a delightful affair, featuring heartfelt toasts that paid tribute to the newlyweds. Hyatt Lodge served a sumptuous meal, and Creative Cakes crafted a masterpiece that left everyone savoring each bite.
When it was time to set the dance floor in motion, Maggie Speaks delivered an electrifying performance that kept guests grooving throughout the night. And should a break be needed, Hyatt Lodge ensured guests were well-nourished with hearty McDonald’s burgers and soft pretzels.
