What a delightful evening we had at Independence Grove for Lake County Partners‘ annual networking event! The setting couldn’t have been more perfect—a beautiful September evening filled with friendly faces, lively conversations, and meaningful connections.
This event was a time for the investors who power Lake County Partners‘ vital economic development work to come together in a relaxed atmosphere. Independence Grove, with its central location and stunning views, provided the ideal backdrop for our gathering. It’s no wonder why this venue is a favorite, offering convenience and beauty in equal measure.
Polly’s Petals and Particulars delivered lovely seasonal floral arrangements, adding a touch of elegance to the already picturesque Audubon Hall.
As guests began to arrive, Cobalt Photography was on hand to capture every moment, from the first arrivals to the final business card exchange.
Kevin Considine, CEO of Lake County Partners, kicked off the evening with inspiring remarks, followed by words from Lake County Partners Board Chair, Steve Madden, and Lake County Board Chair, Sandy Hart. Their updates on the incredible advancements in Lake County were met with enthusiastic applause, reminding everyone of the impact their support has on the community.
Guests mingled, networked, and enjoyed a delicious selection of hors d’oeuvres and sweets provided by Catering by Michael’s. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with conversations flowing freely and perhaps the beginnings of meaningful working partnerships!
As the sun set and the event drew to a close, it was clear that this gathering had been a tremendous success. We’re already looking forward to returning to Independence Grove in just a few weeks for this year’s Invested Together.
