From the moment Eddy and Nick first reached out to Five Grain Events, we knew their wedding was going to be something truly special. This fun-loving duo had one goal in mind: to throw an unforgettable party for their loved ones—and they delivered!
Their celebration began the day before their big event, with an intimate ceremony at City Hall surrounded by a small group of close family and friends. The following day, Eddy and Nick’s festivities moved to the breathtaking rooftop space at Gibsons Italia. The weather couldn’t have been more perfect—it was a rare and beautiful 70-degree August day in Chicago, making the rooftop feel like a dream setting.
As soon as the space opened, the talented team from Stemline Creative got to work, transforming the rooftop with exquisite décor and lush florals that perfectly reflected Eddy and Nick’s vision. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and Windy City Linen ensured that each table was dressed to perfection with their elegant linens.
Gibsons Italia went above and beyond, preparing an incredible spread of food and drinks to keep the celebration fueled. Meanwhile, Joe from Standing Ovation DJs set the vibe for the evening with an amazing playlist that had everyone ready to hit the dance floor. And no celebration would be complete without dessert! Bittersweet created a stunning, delicious cake that was both a visual and culinary masterpiece.
