Julie and Matt’s wedding at The Drake Hotel fully emulated Classic Chicago and we were so thrilled to have been a part of it!
The day began with a crew from Halo Salon ensuring all the ladies looked spectacular from start to finish. Julie knew she didn’t want any stress during the getting ready process so we kept photos and transitions to a minimum. Colin Lyons was on-hand capturing all the details and special moments.
The ceremony in The Drake’s Gold Coast Room, beautifully designed by Juliet Tan Floral was one for the history books. Absolutely stunning and the surprise Gospel Choir provided by Bill Pollack was so much fun!
Cocktail hour was festive and abundant with delicious food and beverage by The Drake and music by Bill Pollack while Gold Coast Room was prepared for dinner and dancing.
As guests took their seats, the famous Drake champagne parade began! Following some well-wishing toasts (and a couple small roasts) it was time to get on the dance floor. True Blue Band keep the vibes up until the end of the night.
