FULL SERVICE PLANNING
The earlier, the better. Ideally, bring us in before you book your venue so we can help shape the experience from the start. But there’s truly no wrong time to reach out.
As involved as you want to be. You’ll have unlimited meetings and phone or email support, and regular check-ins keep you on track month by month. For every vendor, we provide a shortlist, set up meetings, and review proposals with you. You can lean into the parts you love and let us handle the rest.
We help you define your vision, then connect you with the right florist or event designer to bring it to life. From there, we oversee the details and make sure the design is executed seamlessly on your wedding day.
Absolutely. We build an itemized budget with you from the start, track payments and deadlines, and help you make informed decisions about where to spend and where to save.
No problem. We regularly step into weddings that are already underway. We’ll get up to speed on what’s booked, identify what’s still needed, and take ownership of the remaining details. If most of your vendors are already in place, coordination may be the better fit and we’re happy to talk through your options.
A Lead Coordinator and two Event Assistants manage every moving piece. We handle vendor arrivals, setup, timeline management, ceremony and reception transitions, final payments and gratuities, and anything unexpected that comes up along the way.

COORDINATION planning
We take the plans you’ve made and bring them to life. You’ll have phone and email support, access to our vetted vendor recommendations, and a details meeting about two months before your wedding. From there, we create your vendor and wedding-party timelines, finalize your ceremony outline, lead your final venue walkthrough and wedding-week meeting, run your rehearsal, and manage the entire wedding day.
You’ll research, book, and contract with your vendors, as well as manage your budget and design decisions. We’re here as a sounding board along the way. Once we take the lead two months out, we become the primary contact for your vendors and handle the logistics from there.
No. Ideally, your venue and major vendors are booked by the time we take the lead, but if you still have a few gaps, we’ll help you fill them using our vetted vendor recommendations and identify anything missing at your details meeting.
Your Coordinator and Event Assistant manage setup, oversee all vendors, keep the timeline on track, and handle payments and gratuities. We also come prepared with our Wedding Day Emergency Kit and stay through the end of the reception.
A venue coordinator works for the venue and we work for you. While they manage the venue, staff, and venue policies, we manage your vendors, wedding-day timeline, rehearsal, and all the details that fall outside the venue’s scope.
Not quite. We don’t just show up on your wedding day. You’ll have phone and email support and about two months out, we take the lead, confirming vendors, finalizing details, building your timeline, and making sure everything is ready before your wedding day.

Full-Service Wedding Planning Our full-service wedding planning begins at $17,000 and is tailored to the overall scope and budget of your wedding. Inquire to learn more about our planning services and pricing.
Wedding Coordination Our wedding coordination services range from $3,900–$4,500, depending on the scope and specific needs of your celebration. Additional services are available à la carte.
