Galleria Marchetti Wedding — Lindsay and Tom

We loved getting to know Tom and Lindsay throughout their entire planning process.  Lindsay reached out to us back in October of 2016 to plan her Chicago wedding from afar, as both she and her (now) husband were Chicago natives residing in DC.

The day started at the Hotel Chicago with hair services from Rosemary Monica and makeup from Joanna B Artistry. The ladies looked absolutely stunning as they put on their dresses.  Vale of Enna came to the hotel to drop off all the personal flowers before heading to the space to work on the decor there.  Jiho from Lilly Photography and Philipe from Mirar Productions joined us mid-day to capture all of the day’s festivities.

Lindsay and Tom met for a first look in the hotel and then joined family for photos afterwards.  The wedding party then boarded a 24 passenger bus from Signature Transportation to embark on a photo journey across the city.  Lilly Photography did an excellent job and captured some truly memorable moments.

Galleria Marchetti was the next stop for some down time before the main event.  The space looked incredible thanks to Vale of Enna.  The decor entailed a lush greenhouse feel of darker greens with some fall colors as accent throughout the space.  The two were married by the wonderful Reverend Dick Hatten from The Wedding Rev, who did an amazing job.  Lindsay and Tom said their vows and smooched under a beautiful arch covered in deep green and sage foliage in Galleria Marchetti‘s Pergola event space.

Immediately following the ceremony came cocktail hour.  Lindsay and Tom were able to get a sneak peak of the reception space before guests entered.  They were so happy with the way the room turned out and opened the doors for guests shortly after.   Your Night Productions brought their photobooth for guests to enjoy and take home some mementos from the evening.  After speeches and first dances, Orchestra 33 got the night going and had guests dancing all night long.
